Terms of Service / End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern use of BytesnCables Scheduler, a private business operations application operated by BytesnCables LLC. By signing in or using the Scheduler, you agree to these Terms.

The Scheduler is licensed for authorized internal business use by BytesnCables LLC and people it expressly permits. You may use it only to perform legitimate scheduling, customer, job, and related operational work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for actions taken under your account. Notify BytesnCables LLC promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

The Scheduler may connect to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, and Hostinger email. Those services are operated by their providers. Your use of them is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. BytesnCables LLC is not responsible for outages, data handling, or changes made by those providers.

Connecting QuickBooks authorizes the Scheduler to access the QuickBooks company you select through Intuit OAuth, for the business functions you request. You remain responsible for QuickBooks company data and for any accounting entries submitted from the Scheduler after your review.

The Scheduler may include AI-assisted classification, scheduling suggestions, or accounting and invoice recommendations. Those features can be incomplete or incorrect. Accounting-impacting AI recommendations are intended to be reviewed and approved by an authorized user before they are submitted to QuickBooks. You are responsible for verifying customer, job, tax, and accounting details before they are treated as final.

BytesnCables LLC and its licensors own the Scheduler software, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property. Customer, job, and accounting records remain the business records of BytesnCables LLC.

You may not attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the application except as allowed by law, use the Scheduler for unlawful purposes, or submit information you are not authorized to handle.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the business needs change. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Scheduler is provided “as is” for internal operations. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, or that it meets any particular certification such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR certification. We do not provide professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BytesnCables LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Scheduler or connected third-party services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Scheduler is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid BytesnCables LLC specifically for Scheduler access in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if the business no longer needs an account. You may stop using the Scheduler and disconnect integrations at any time. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future Scheduler access to that QuickBooks company and does not delete records already stored in QuickBooks.
